Study

Many of you need to study your prepositions. Finding these easily is key to doing well on the quizzes. Even if you did really well on the first quiz, please take the time to study these again. You have a list in your binder! Also, many of you still need to wrap your head around verb phrases. A verb phrase is a helping verb...or helping verbs...with a main verb. Examples: have been walking, will go, did eat, will be eating, have been, could see, etc. You have to identify the entire verb...including all helping verbs when you id the verb. This is important and will not go away. Get right with your verb phrases! Do the hw below and study those prepositions!
